How it works

Three steps, no LinkedIn, no bots applying for you.

  1. Watch

Every morning at about 6am, Radar visits each software house on its list. When a company publishes its jobs through a hiring platform with an open feed (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever and similar), Radar reads the openings directly: real titles, cities and apply links.

For companies with a plain careers page, Radar watches the page and tells you when it changes, without guessing what changed. It respects each site's robots.txt, identifies itself honestly, and never touches LinkedIn, Facebook or WhatsApp.

  2. Match

Upload your resume once. It's read in your browser, never uploaded, and you confirm the skills it finds. Each opening then gets a fit score with the reasons: what you have, what's missing.

Eligibility warnings are one line each: graduates only, a minimum CGPA, years of experience, a senior role, a city you didn't pick. A warning never hides an opening; you decide. Found one somewhere else? Paste it and it's scored the same way.

  3. Track

Save the openings you want. Open the real application with one click, since Radar never applies for you, then move each one from Saved to Applied, Interview and Offer or Rejected.

Every change is dated. Notes keep contacts and interview prep together, and Radar nudges you when an application has had no update for a week. Export everything to a spreadsheet at any time.
